Job description:1. Front bay window aprox 6'x3' needs new tiles and supports. 2. Ridge tiles have fallen off front and back likely to also need work (unable to see); need repair of brick work and replacement tiles 3. Leak in roof in low angle roof/corner above stairs at back appears to have been repaired in past (over 11 years before current owner moved in) but is leaking now in high winds. Unlikely to need new tiles.
