Job description:re tile one half of semi-detached house with redland cement tiles with associated ridge tile renewal and lead flashing. Exisisting roof is bonded asbestos so require removal (& disposal) plus any necessary strengthening work to take the increase in weight. At present there is no felt so a semi-permeable membrane (tyvek or similar) is required. Possibility to quote for facias, soffets and guttering in advance of the roofing. neighbour has already started similar work so need to coordinate with them. scaffolding required. approx roof dimensions 5.7m party wall to end wall, 7.7m front to back. hipped roof.
