Job description:Ladder would be needed. At Rear: Tiles seem sound - replace. Per surveyor report "Old flue passes thru rear roof slope - no longer in use - to be romoved. Rear soil & vent pepe been removed below roof level & short projecting section can be removed & tiling made good" At front: 1 or 2 tiles missing fromplain concrete tile cladding - replace
