Job description:Victorian 3-bed mid-terrace house. Rear elevation render needs minor repair and decoration to include window sills etc. Guttering needs replacement and new fascia board pref PVC. Gutter drainage is from neighbours gutter so would need to be joined to neighbours. Access is from rear of property over the single storey groundfloor extension.
