Repair leaking flat roof & rotten timber, replace soffit in Cunningham

Job description:Leak in gutter of felt roof has caused timber to rot. Also needs replacement UPVC soffit all round. Roof is 10 years old, so want to avoid complete replacement. Please also quote for & advise on front porch felt roof (would like to replace with pitched roof).
