Job description:I have rainwater pouring down an external wall and seeping through bricks, where I understand the gutter is not properly catching all rainwater. The guttering does not appear to be damaged or leaking, so it may be that not all water is properly channelled into the gutter. Area effected is approx 2 meters at the rear of a two storey property.
