Leak from leaded Parapit wall/gully into bedroom below in Bishopton

Job description:We have a lead valley/parapit wall which was releaded approximately three years ago. last christmas under similar weather conditions there was a leak into the bedroom below and repair carried out by local builder. It is now leaking again but not quite in the same place but roughly one foot further along the gully. need complete solution for repair. Many thanks Doug
