Job description:Listed - like for like. Re use existing tiles / slates. Replace wood with similar. Many gullies. Building was complated in three stages over three centuries. Prefer repair not replaced. Most eaves look rotten, several areas of light through roof, no felt / lining. Dates from 1600. Ground floor area is 400sq metres. 1/3 slate (georgian style) joined to 2/3 clay tiles steeper pitch.
