Job description:My neighbour and I both have the same type of roofing problem. Along the top of the roof under the ridge tiles the concrete is breaking up and pieces are falling off. I have seen and heard pieces of concrete falling off the roof and there are also pieces in the gulleys of the roof. The same is happening down the sides of the roofs where there is concrete under the tiles. My repair appears worse than my neighbours and i am considering having the ridge tiles rebedded. We both live in adjacent detached houses.
