Job description:One sliped pantile. Felt has 3 holes where light is coming through viewable from loft hatch. Suspect entire roof needs tiles removed, new felt and battens and then all pantiles re-hung. Front of house was retiled and felted with new chimney flashing 12 years ago. This work will be side and back of house only I assume. Length of house is approx 45 foot, width is 11 foot. building is one large building now separated into three parallel houses. Mine is on right side side of building sloping but my roof is not apex of building roof. Have limited budget so may have to look at temporary solution at present and then save for more substantial and longer term work say in a year's time once three felt holes are repaired and pantile replaced now - tile still on roof so suspect nail rusted or similar.
