Job description:My mother has been waiting for her bungalow roof to be fixed for twelve months the company has now told her they cannot do it as she dosn't meet the criteria. This upset my mother so now she is looking for someone else to complete the work. the roof needs resealing and flash board work doing around the fire place there is exsisting mould on the walls and this is causing my mother who is 72 to be quite poorly as she is an asthma sufferer. i am filling this in for her as she is very vunerable abnd i dont want her to be conned . i do hope you can advise me to help my mother solve her problem as quickly as possible
