Tiled roof repair - possible re-roof if present condition warrants it in Tring East

Job description:At a minimum our large tiled roof requires patching up. Some missing, broken tiles and some ridge/hip tiles may need replacing or re-bedding. Some guttering brackets (plastic) need reattaching to fascias. Around half of the roof is the original 1930's construction (the rest being an extension in the 80s). If the condition of the roof is deemed poor enough and it is economical to do so, perhaps we would consider re-roofing, this would include replacement of fascias and guttering.
