Job description:The job is for a mid terrace Victorian cottage in Uckfield. The roof is showing signs of age and there is the beginning of leakage in one of the top bedrooms. The majority of houses surrounding this property have already had work done to their roofs. Presumably because of the age of the property there is currently no felt in place. There is also no lead flashings around any of the firewalls and chimneys. We have also been advised that the ridges and verges also need to be re cemented. We are looking to re tile both the back and the front of the house in clay tiles.
