Repair affected area at the bottom of the valley in Ventnor West

Job description:remove tiles to the affected area at the bottom of the valley.Remove the battons and felt from the affected area.Check and repair the valley where needed.Install new felt and battons .Re install all tiles where removed.The ceiling in one of the bedrooms has a stain in the corner.It first appeared over a year ago and was temporarely fixed it seems as it has reappeared about 2 month ago. The previous roofer had used some sealant around the flash area.There is no apparent source of infiltration of water showing in the attic although the board under the insulation is wet.Even the removal of tiles at the bottom of the valley does not show obvious damage.It seems that a proportion of felt might have to be replaced.A tower might be needed as the ground is uneven .The waste material to be removed by the roofer.we are not quite sure of the actual size of new felt required but we think no more than a metre as well as new battons.
