Job description:The house is a 4-bed detached. 1 - The roof space needs more ventilation (i.e. vents under the eaves / at the ridge) - total attic space is about 20 ft sq 2 - Guttering = checking over, making any repairs to, clearing out and sealing any broken joints 3 - The rear porch roof (flat) is in need of a new covering. What would be the cost for supplying and fitting a mineral felt or metal covering? The roof is a about 12m x 3m
