Job description:Chimney stack needs re-pointing/ several crumbling top bricks can be seen(shared stack-semi-detached property), mortar debris in gutters (fillets?) needs to be replaced. Gutters (metal) possibly need replacing (several leaks). Supporting material (wooden soffits?) may also need replacing.All guttering, soffits and downpipes are in black.
