Job description:Remove existing and fully replace fascias, soffits, gutters and downpipes with good quality, white PVCu materials to front and back of two-storey, 3-bedroom mid-terraced house in Welwyn Garden City. Remove all waste. Back of house: 8m wide approx. Square-section gutter to match neighbours, One square-section downpipe. Fit new rainwater diverter between downpipe and water butt. Front of house: 8m wide approx. Square-section gutter to match neighbours. One square-section downpipe. Plus 2m high porch area: 1.8m wide approx, also square-section gutter and downpipe. Minimum 10-year guarantee. Include scaffolding, if used. Bodgit and Scarper need not apply. Pushy sales people will be ignored.
