Job description:Surveyor said: "Dampness is affecting the wall, both internally and externally, at the top rear right corner of the extension. I suspect this is due to poor finishing of flat roof covering. Concealed timbers may be defective and should be opened up and fully investigated". Also: "sections of the main roof underlay are defective and repairs are recommended". I'd like a quote for this too, please. So, please can I have a quote for initial investigations.
