Leaking roof in building in Tokyngton

Job description:We are a serviced office building based in Wembley. We currently have a water leak coming through on the roof in the top floor toilet and assume it's from the roof as it only occurs when there is heavy rain. while we have an idea of where the leak is coming from we do not have the professional skills in-house to fix it and so would like a quote for the repairs needed as well as a assessment on the roof in general and if possible another quote as to the cost or resealing the entire roof. The roof for the building is a flat roof, and is easily accessible meaning no ladders or scaffolding should be required. Regards;
