Believe very old roof and possibly needs total renewalwithin a few years or maybe some limited repairs may be recommended for now and full re-roof later? Is currently a slate roof on 3 bed semi. (For info has a 1 storey conservatory type room across full back of house width & Flat roof utility room across almost all of side of house)
