Leaky Kitchen Roof in Bayswater

Job description:I have a persistent leak from the roof/outside wall in my kitchen. My property is a first floor flat and the kitchen at the back is in an extension with a flat roof. The flat roof was re-done before Christmas so the leak is more likely to be from the outside wall somewhere. Access with a ladder will be difficult but not impossible (access to the flat roof however is straightforward). The contractor who did the flat roof has been helpful but can not get to me for 2-3 weeks and I need to sort the problem quicker as I am preparing to rent the property.
