Job description:Please provide quotes for re-covering the roof with sarking felt or breathable roof membrane. The property is a 2 storey Victorian semi-detached house. It is built in a standard rectangular format with a two storey rear section in matching construction. The roof is original that does not have felt sarking beneath the roof slates. Lead flashings to parapet walls will also need to be replaced. Existing slates should be able to be saved and re-used. The roof slates can be saved and re-used.
