Job description:Flat roof roughly 4m x 4m Appears that the structure underneath has warped and is compromising the waterproofing of the roof. I anticipate that the structure underneath will need some repair and the roof will need to be resurfaced. Depending on the extent of the job above it may be worthwhile installing two catnic lintels above teh rear windows of this extension.
