Job description:We have a large shed approx 6m x 3.6m which has a slight sloping roof that has been leaking for some time due to Settlement, the rafters supporting it have sagged allowing water to pond on the roof. It was insulated which is why it has taken time to see the damage and is constructed of shiplap decking covered by felt supported by rafters and purlins. Most of the shiplap and purlins have rotted and so a completely new roof is required. Rather than felt I would prefer to use corrugated sheets such as oduline or EPDM rubber coating. Slim possiblility that rafters coul be re-used. It is not a requirement to replace insulation
