Damp patch in roof in Old Windsor

Job description:We had a small hole in the roof beside the chimney stack which was shown up in a structural survey. The surveyor organised for the hole to be fixed which we thought was done as we can no longer see daylight. We still have an issue that when it rains we get a damp patch in one of the bedrooms under the chimney (Approx 1 metre by 0.5 metres). Either the hole is not adequately fixed or the water is coming through somewhere else on the roof
