Small extension flat roof replacing with GRP, plus same for my neighbour in Park

Job description:We'd definitely like the roofs finished in GRP, and both done at the same time. We would expect at least a 25 year guarantee. The roofs are on the first floor, so ladders / scaffolding will be needed. Approx measurements are 2.5m x 4m (ish) per roof.
