Leadwork around a flat roof section, tile fell off main roof, gutter leaking in Goldsworth East

Job description:Ladder will be required. Standard grey cement tile replaced. Small flat roof section was re-done, now leaking, roofers came back said not the roof but the lead flashing at fault. Gutter at front of house appears to be leaking back towards house, damp patch on ceiling.
