Leaking roof in Knaphill

Job description:I have a roof which is over the bedroom on top of the garage- huge oak tree over the top and have had intermittent leakage into the kitchen below, since 4 years' ago -Insurance claimed and they put on extra flashing etc with no satisfactory outcome - assume there is a problem re the felting or whatever you call it underneath the tiles - kitchen ceiling about to cave in I think with water damage!- therefore I guess investigation into why the water is ingressing and resoution
