Garage Roof replace in Finchampstead

Job description:The garage roof is flat and it looks to me that an extension was at one time built on at the end - this part has a corrugated roof which leaks. The main part of the garage roof is undulating - like corrugated but I am not sure what it is made of . I need someone please to have a look at the whole job.
