Job description:The door is wooden but covered with metal. It has a dead lock and a latch key which turns the deadlock. Once the deadlock is open the door can be opened but sometimes the latch then stays open. I have a feeling the wood has shrunk in the cold. We need to avoid replacing the lock if possible.
