Job description:this is a new build and would require that no vat is charged on labour ,total area of building is approx 40 ft square on two floors plus 2 basement rooms opening out onto the garden, french windows in one room and a bay inthe other with the front door in the centre of basement, the rear of the house which will be the main entry /exit is single storey , upstairs there are 4 bedrooms two have dormer windows at the front which are 3 floors up and would not require alarming [in my opinion] the bedrooms at the rear have velux windows
