Job description:Two fences and two doors need to be built and constructed, to allow for communal access to a private garden at the back of a block of flats. All 9 flatholders will need access to and from the garden and doors. The fence and doors will need to go between the wall of the flats and the boundarywall of the Court on either side of the block. The fencing will need to be 6-7foot, to stop anyone climbing over and the door a similar height. Wood construction is the preferred material. But open to suggestions/cost effective ways to put the fencing and exterior doors in situ. Its an innner London area and people are tresspassing and using the back gardens.
