Job description:Over Christmas we had great problems with the person we had employed to visit and feed our cats - she kept being incapable of locking the door and insisted the lock must be broken. Twice we had to return to bristol to sort it out, and once had to get a friend to help. Since we returned we have had no problems with the lock. However, before we ever consider leaving for a holiday again we need to be 100% confident that there is no fault in the lock. We would like a specialist to examine and check the mechanism for any faults, check if there are any parts which need oiling or other servicing, and repair or replace if necessary. It's a standard 5-lever lock of the type where on both sides of the door you have to push the handle up before locking.
