Job description:Garden flat with side path to garden and rear door. Requires tradesperson to visit property measure up and fit lockable gate to prevent access and theft of items (bicycles) from garden. Gate to be fixed at an appropriate place between wall and garden fence. I am the landlord and live in London, so require work to be agreed via phone, then I will visit the property to check the work. Ideally work to be completed between July 10 and July 16. I can arrange access to the site with current tenants at any time as it does not require access to the inside of the flat.
