Optima compact, permenant redlight on zone three, unable to set alarm in Warmley

Job description:Front and back door sensored and motion sensor in livingroom. There is now a permanent light on zone three and the motion sensor in the living room doesn't work. There is no model number on the panel but its a Optima compact.
