Repair, service, update, and resite existing burglar alarm in Priory

Job description:A Gardiner Technology, Gardtec, Series 800 burglar alarm is installed but is exhibiting fault codes F1 and C1. It activates the alarm as soon as it is set. I would like the system to be repaired. Also, I intend to build an extention and would like the external, alarm unit to be resited to allow the extention to be built. Finally, the existing system was installed in 1994 and the main control unit is baulky, 80's technology. I would like to update the control unit to a more compact unit if possible.
