Common close door entry system needs repaired or replaced in Pollokshields

Job description:Common close door entry system serving 4 flats within a close. The system is not working properly and communication from flat to front door is not working in some of the flats. System looks fairly old. Could it be repaired to a working level (new wires needed only?). What are the options for a full replacement? Close door is also not secure even when closed and locked as latch holder part is quite loose and could be easily forced open. Are there options for making this more secure.
