Job description:I have a veritas alarm (r8?) fitted in my house. I haven't used it for a few years (It was working fine the last time I used it) . I recently tried setting it and it wont accept the pin number. I tried entering the default factory set pin and it looked like that was recognised but I couldn't switch on the alarm. I'm wondering if the combination of rechargable battery going flat and power custs have caused it to reset itself to default factory settings. I would like someone to look at it to see if they can get it working again.
