Job description:Three things: 1. Hard to explain, but the lock engages when the key is in the position for removing it, rather than as it is turned. It also sometimes locks itself I the door is closed heavily. 2. One of the security bolts in the door doesn't go into the doorframe properly, so the door feels loose even when locked. 3. The return spring on the door handle has lost it's spring.
