Job description:Hi, I have a rental property in leeds, ls10. My tennants are complaining that the garage door is very hard to get open and when they get it open it will not stay open. I imagine that the spring has gone, and it also sounds like the rollers on the side have started comming off the spindles. I could do with someone going to site and taking a look before letting me know what is required and how much it will cost. The garage door is a standard sized up and over door and is manufactured by Cardale. I can source the parts locally and have them delivered to you so I shall only be requirng the labour to repair.
