Garage door problems in Middleton Park

Job description:Hi, I have a rental property in leeds, ls10. My tennants are complaining that the up and over garage door is very hard to get open and when they get it open it will not stay open without propping something up under it. I imagine that the tension spring may need replacing. My tennant also says that the cable on one side keeps comming off the roller. The garage door is a standard sized up and over door and is manufactured by Cardale. I would like you to let me know what parts are required (I can supply the parts) and a price to repair (labour only). Thanks very much Steve
