Unable to open any conservatory windows in Aspley

Job description:My Consevatory has windows which I am unable to open due to the house being a repossession and not coming with the required keys. As this is coming up to summer I would ideally like to have a locksmith out to the windows so I am able to open them, and if possible as I have indoor pets have catches put on these windows so they will only open a little bit, like a child safety catch.
