Job description:Repair to a standalone Optima G3 alarm system. We had to turn the power to the house off and the alarm activated with the tamper light on. Normal code would not turn it off. When we turned the power back on, we eventually managed to turn the alarm off but may have caused a problem by randomly pressing button!. The panel is now silent - entering the normal code doesn't produce any beeps or flashing lights on the panel, and the alarm is not set.
