Bottom part of key broken in a locked window lock, so am unable to unscrew the lock fully. in Stanningley

Job description:The bottom part of a key is broken in a locked window lock. I can't get the bit of key out of the lock with tweezers etc. And because the lock is locked shut, I can't get to the second screw to remove the whole lock and get the bit of key out that way.
