Door handle is loose and lock requires adjustment in Broomhill

Job description:We have a Rationel entrance door that has a loose door handle. I have spoken to Rationel and they have stated that it sounds like the grub screw may require replacement (I have been sent the relevant screws). Also the lock to the door is an extremely tight fit to the frame reccess and requires adjustment accordingly.
