Key does not turn in lock from outside? in Longlands

Job description:I have a PVC porch door and it cannot be locked from the outside, the barrel will not turn. The door does lock from the inside but it doesn't feel quite right either?? The lock is labelled ISEO. I have tried WD40 in the barrel but this didn't help, I have also tried other keys, so it definitely seems like the barrel has broken somehow.....
