Parking Bollard Installation on asphalt in Swansea Vale

Job description:I need a parking bollard installed on an asphalt surface. The asphalt surface is my allocated parking space. The installation instructions say that the plate mount requires 2x16mm holes with rawl bolts. Obviously, I would need as little disturbance as possible to the surrounding surface as I live in a new build development (I am the property owner). Alternatively, I am happy for someone to recommend an alternative (cheap) bollard that they would install-it is only to deter other people parking in my space when I am not there.
