Job description:I have a rental property where a previous tenant has changed the code and I no longer know it. In addition, the current tenant is saying that whenever a lightbulb goes upstairs, it trips the fuse and resets the burglar alarm, which then goes off because we can't enter the code to stop it. So, the job is to either reset the code or disconnect the alarm altogether, depending on how easy option 1 is.
