Gates open, do not respond. in Uxbridge North

Job description:We have two sets of gates, one is working fine, the other does not respond to commands, is stuck open and we cannot free it using emergency key. The gates had got stuck on the drive, and the second gate to close went past the stop point, then we had this problem.
