Lock on garage door has broken and needs to be fixed or replaced in Winstanley

Job description:The lock/door is manufactured by Garador and the barrel has come out of the lock itself when the garage was last closed and locked. The garage is locked, I have managed to get the barrel back into the lock but this will now not turn and open.
